The rates feature is an advanced way for pricing which is generally preferred by our enterprise scale clients. To make a rate go to the rates menu.
On the top right corner, click on add rate to make a new rate and customize the settings the appropriately. If you need help, the small question marks beside each field and the video below can be helpful:
