Requesting a connection from Booking.com extranet:
To connect to a channel manager to Booking.com, click on the Account icon in the top right-hand corner of your Extranet and select Channel manager from the drop-down menu.
Click on 'Connect to channel manager' and select Booking Automation from the drop-down list.
Review the contract and accept the agreement of using a channel manager
At this point, a request to activate your connection has been sent to Booking Automation. Kindly wait around 2 hours for us to approve this request this request.

Map and integrate Booking Automation and Booking.com:
After Booking Automation support confirms your connection request you will see on your Booking.com channel manager page that you have automatically moved to the confirmation page. At this point, follow these steps:
Copy the hotel ID of the property from the top of the Booking.com channel manager page on the Booking.com XML page on Booking Automation. Click Save.
Press on 'get code' for 'room id' and 'rate id' to import the codes from Booking.com. Checkmark 'bookings' on synchronization and click save.
Go back to Booking.com channel manager page to activate the XML connection
Update daily prices on Booking Automation calendar by daily prices or rates.
Go to the page on the Booking.com XML page and turn on 'Inventory and Prices' synchronization to push price and availability on Booking.com.
