For using Booking Automation with PriceLabs here are the following steps:

1.  Update the correct latitude and longitude for each of your property. This can be set under Settings > Properties > Description. 

2. Set a daily base rate for each listing via the Calendar page for 1 year from today. PriceLabs will soon override this price.
To update the daily price, go to Calendar > Daily Price. Click on Daily Rate row on any date that will bring a pop-up where you can enter your price. 

3. Enable PriceLabs sync on Booking Automation.
Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations >Pricelabs and click the enable button for the properties you wish to connect with PriceLabs and then save the page. 

4. From the same PriceLabs page on Booking Automation,
copy the PriceLabs key as highlighted below: 

5. Login to your PriceLabs account, click on Connect PMS. Select 'Booking Automation' and paste the PriceLabs key from the last step. 

Your listing will now be imported from Booking Automation onto PriceLabs. You can turn on the 'sync prices', click on review prices and update appropriately.
