Setting up your own outgoing email (Gmail)

IF YOU USE GMAIL WITH YOUR OWN DOMAIN (Ex: [email protected])

Go to : Admin.google.com  and go to Security > Basic Settings

IF YOU USE GMAIL WITHOUT YOUR OWN DOMAIN (Ex: [email protected])

Go to: Account > Security

and switch off 2 Step Verification and turn ON to "Less secure app access" which is: Enforce access to less secure apps for all users.

Very Important - Whenyou register your own email in booking automation, In most cases still there will be error. This needs a requirement to change the current password of your GMAIL account and update it back on beds24 account. Go to : Account > Personal Info and change your password of the gmail. 

Update the new password at Booking automation> Settings  >  Account  > Outgoing Email

Additional Instructions
If you recently changed your Gmail password, you might need to re-enter your Gmail account information or completely repeat your Gmail account setup on your other email client.

The email client's sign-in method might be not secure. Try signing in directly on the Gmail app.

Make sure your mail app isn't set to check for new email too frequently. If your mail app checks for new messages more than once every 10 minutes, the app’s access to your account could be blocked.
