Airbnb Price and Availability Sync vs Everything Sync

a) "Everything Sync" means your existing listings descriptive content will be overridden by the descriptive content in Booking Automation and can no longer be edited in Airbnb.

If you want an everything sync, your listing needs to meet Airbnb's requirements. If you see a red button "Fix Content Errors" your listing does not meet Airbnb's requirements. Click on the button. Any settings which do not meet Airbnb's requirements are highlighted on red. Click on the links to go to the settings where you can fix the problems.

b) "Price and Availability Sync" means your content will remain in your Airbnb listing and only the calendar availability and prices are updated.

​HOW TO CHANGE SYNC TYPE:

If you want to change the sync type you need to do this in your BookingAutomation account.

Step 1: Login into your BookingAutomation account and go to Settings > Channel Manager > Airbnb > Mapping and select the property in question.

Step 2: Scroll down onto "Room Mapping" then select the sync you want from the dropdown on Sync type then Save.

Step 3: Now click on Connect and select the listing you want to connect your property with. You can also create a new listing on your airbnb account by selecting "Export to Airbnb".
