Booking Automation Check list

Rates

Its always good to have your base rates saved somewhere because during the integration process, the channel ( airbnb. booking.com) rates are going to get wiped off and you will need to re enter the rates in booking automation.

Availability

We are going to import all existing bookings hence it will automatically block off the calendar if a booking have been all ready generated. But if there are manual calender blocks like maintenance, owners requesting to block certain days of the property, direct walk ins, this needs to be noted down somewhere to manually block the booking automation calendar

Airbnb

We need owners access of all airbnb accounts, inorder to import and sync properties from airbnb. If you have a co hosting account, we CANNOT go ahead with the onboarding

Expedia

Nothing special needed. The expedia partner central access will be needed. If you have dofferent rates and minimum stays in Expedia, please note it down. 

Homeaway

In order to give XML connection( where rates, availability and content sync) we need to have minimum 5 properties registered in homeaway.com. If not, we have to go with the I cal calender link 

Tripadvisor rentals

In order to give XML connection( where rates, availability and content sync) we need to have minimum 16 properties registered in homeaway.com.If not, we have to go with the I cal calendar link 

Booking.com

Nothing in special need as long as you have your rates noted down with minimum stay requirements. We might need to log in to booking.com extranet hence please keep the usernames/passwords ready.
