How to create Daily prices/ Rates based on Minimum nights when you have only 1 rate plan in Booking.com/Expedia

Please note that this feature will now work with airbnb as airbnb will now support multiple rates. You will need to select " Per occupancy pricing" from here: Settings > Channel Manager > AirBnB.com XML > Specific Content  

You will need to create multiple " Daily Prices" or "Rates" in booking automation side and connect the 1 rate plan available on booking.com / Expedia.

  1. Create multiple daily prices or Rates

  2. Go to Settings  >  Properties  > Rooms  > Daily Prices and connect each daily rate to 1 rate plan available in booking.com/ expedia. You can do the same for "rates"

Go to " Rates" Tab on the main dashboard

Your min 1 night or 2 night daily prices or rates will be automatically pick up by booking.com or expedia according to guest min night search.
