1. How to invite an Owner to BedPlus 

Go to : Settings > Users and click on Invite Owner Button

Manage Rentals

This is where you can update Rental details, OTA/Platform commission and add Expenses. 

Go to: Rentals Tab 

Rental Details

You can specify Cleaning Fees, Management company commission, Payment processing fees, Default Taxes and other details about the rental unit.

Go to Rentals Tab  and click on Edit Button

Now you can enter:

  • Default Cleaning Fee

  • Management Commission

  • Payment Processing Fee

  • Default Tax

Assign Commission for each Online Travel Agent ( OTA)/ Platform 

Go to Change Platform Commission section to assign commission to each channel like Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc depending on the platform channel.

Select the relevant OTA/Platform and update commission and click on “Add”

Update the current commission of the OTA/Platform

Add Expenses

You can add expenses related to maintenance, etc and also upload invoices
