1. If the property is listed on Airbnb, go to Settings > Channel Manager > Airbnb > Accounts, click on View listings, find the new property to be added then click Import as new and Import as new property.

2. Go to Mapping tab, click 'Connect' and select the correct listing from Airbnb.

3. Connect the new property to other OTAs as needed.

4. Go to Settings > Properties > Access and add a property key in propKey field. This consists of at least 16 characters (numbers and letters only).

5. Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > Pre-Arrival-Tool and enable the new property.

6. Log in to ChargeAutomation. Go to Settings > Properties and click Re-sync Properties, then turn ON the new property.

7. Attach the new property to Upsell items.
