In order to create Multiple Daily Price/ Rates Based on OCCUPANCY, you will now NOT need to create multiple rate plans based on occupancy in Channel side ( Booking.com/ Expedia) . Simply choose" Occupancy based pricing" in airbnb, booking.com section.

If you are using " daily pricing" make sure to out " extra bed" pricing and it will get updated on Booking.com

If you use "rates" 1 person, 2 person and room price will send. Room price will send for specified occupancy. Multiple rates with different occupancies can send on same rate plan. Prices for "Extra Person", "Extra child" and discounts set in the "Discounts" tab of the rate can NOT be sent.

2. Per Day Pricing (Standard) - If your Booking.com Rate Type is "Per Day Pricing / Standard" you will need a price for the maximum room occupancy

Example:  Daily Price 1 for 2 pax, Daily Price 2 for 3 pax, Daily Price 3 for 4 pax or do the same Rates

2. Make sure to filled the correct occupancy for the Daily Price/Rate you push at "Maximum Guests" field and name it for you to identify it.

3. Create multiple rate plans in channel side ( Booking.com, Expedia) and name them based on occupancies. Example given below is for Booking.com

4.Connect each rate plan in channel side with each occupancy based Daily prices/ Rates you have created in booking Automation side.. Use "get codes" from each Daily Price/ Rates section.
